Exchange & Returns Policy

Without prejudice to statutory warranties, customers are entitled to exchange or return products within seven (7) days of receiving the order. After seven days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Conditions for Return:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with original packaging and tags attached.

  2. We do not accept returns for products that have scents (perfume, etc.), are altered, damaged, washed, or have missing tags.

  3. Custom-made products: Products customized based on customer specifications or alterations cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Fees & Shipping:

  • The customer bears all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations:

    • Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded within 10-14 business days.

    • Orders cancelled after shipping (but before delivery) will have 29 SAR deducted from the refund to cover operational fees.

  • International Returns: For international orders refunded via bank transfer, 50 SAR plus any bank transfer fees will be deducted. Customs duties are paid by the customer to local authorities and are non-refundable by us.

Process:

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment (e.g., Tabby, Tamara, Bank Transfer).

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for us to inspect returned items. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10-14 business days.

  • If a product is returned in a non-original condition, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
