Return and Exchange Policy

Without prejudice to the terms of the agreed or statutory warranty, customers are entitled to exchange products within seven (7) days of receiving the product. After seven days, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and not benefiting from its utility. The customer will bear all return & exchanges shipping costs. For international & local returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company.

Exchanges & Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

If the product is custom-made based on the customer's request or according to specifications provided by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the specified requirements.
If the product shows damage due to improper handling by the customer.
If the product shows any sign of use or is damaged.
If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product.
Products offered in discounts and offers cannot be returned, you can exchange it if approved with another available product.
